What makes Stokyo different
Ready for Peppol e-invoicing
Since 1 January 2026, Peppol e-invoices are mandatory between Belgian businesses. Read your supplier’s Peppol invoice, or scan a paper invoice: Stokyo recognises the products, converts crates to units and only books it in after you confirm.

Frequently asked questions
Does Stokyo work with my till?
Any till that can send its sales on (via a webhook) can be connected today. For Lightspeed, Restomax, Trivec and MplusKASSA we are preparing a direct connection. Using Posbel, unTill or another till? Let us know. Without a till connection you simply count your stock.
Can I import my products?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with your products, or pick your type of business and Stokyo sets up the usual products.
Do I need Gmail or Outlook to order?
No. The order slip shows all your supplier’s contact details. Call with one tap, open the order in your own email app, or copy it into WhatsApp or a text message.
What is Peppol and do I need it?
Peppol is the network for electronic invoices. Since 2026 Belgian businesses receive their invoices through Peppol. Stokyo reads such an invoice and updates your stock after you confirm.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled for the end of the month. You can always download your data first.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. You get an invoice with VAT in your business’s name.
How safe is my data?
Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland), the connection is always encrypted, and only the people you invite can access it. You decide what each person can do.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Counting and booking deliveries work offline too. Once you’re back online, everything is saved.
